I`m a visa expediting courier in New York City and I`m looking to increase my customer base by creating a website.

For those of you that are not familiar,what I do is submit your business or tourist visa applications along with your passport and all the correct supporting documents to the appropriate consulate in New York City for the country you are travelling to.When the visa is ready to be issued in your passport I pick them up and either Fedex or hand deliver them to your office or home.

I`ve worked with a few visa expediting services thru word of mouth
but I`m trying to take the next step by having a presence on the web.There are many web designers and hosting companys out there, but I dont have much of a budget.Microsoft has Office Live were they offer a free website and hosting but do charge for added features, as expected.

If any of you could give me some feedback on which approach to take it would be a great help.
