3870, Mobile Video Store

I'm thinking about opening a mobile video store where they order over the phone, internet, or text message, and its delivered to their house within the city. it would only work in one city at a time, and although their is Pay per view, many people still enjoy having the dvd. Any advice and thoughts would be great. Thanks

How long would they need to wait for delivery?
How long could they have the movie?
Would you also be picking up the DVD?
