sounds like an interesting concept, it also is something that you could try with little to no overhead as you could easily put it together and then have it printed thru like vistaprints or something like that. you would need to check the laws for your area as if you are going door to door you may need a peddlers license. Another thougt would be to start a coop advertising sheet and mail it out. You should be able to get a bulk mail permit to send it out, i bet you could figure out how to just sell it, one other thought would be have 1 and 1/2 sides, on the full side do ads and on the half side do some coupons for local businesses. check my website out and if i can be of any help let me know.
