I hope you will take this in the right way but I recommend the following:

change your website to include some images and an opt-in box, it is not at all clear what you are offering on your website and it is quite unappealing. In other words it really needs some work. I offer all kinds of free marketing info and a newsletter at my website in my sig file so check it out for some ideas.

I agree that it might be a good idea to have someone help spruce up your website, not only in appearance, but also for search engines to find you.

Yes I agree the opt-in box is a good thing also an auto responder would help also. You should go to blogs and chat rooms that people have a problem or is looking for your product or service.
