Several questions/comments... More about content than layout...

1. how do you prevent someone from posting the plate of someone who didn't really do what the poster says, but they're doing it just to mess up somone's life?

2. I've seen studies that show that "venting" actually contributes to and aggravates anger issues

3. Are privacy issues at play posting someone's plate number? After all, they blank them out when they show them on tv shows.

4. Do you have liability insurance to protect you from the guy who is going to sue you for slander?

Layout, look, etc..

I like the way you've used license plates to signify certain areas, those are quite cool.

If this gets popular, you may want to expand to include international cities, Canada, Europe, for example.

One thing I found interesting was the lack of advertisements... which leads me to ask, have you just not gotten sponsors yet and if not, how do you intend to make money with it?

Have you written a business plan with a marketing plan that outlines who you're going to sell this to? If not, I highly recommend it.

and finally, have you done local targeting with your SEO? I haven't much relevance for the site living in Montreal (unless you expand internationally, that is).

Companies who might find it interesting to advertise:

Car companies, road crew companies, locally targetted coffee shops for travellers, drive throughs, etc.

I hope you find these thoughts useful.

Good luck with it.
