Now that I've had a chance to actually wrap my head around the actual project described. Here are my thoughts...

I would partner up with several new and used car dealers in and around town to be their mobile service rep. They would offer your service to their customers.

Good luck with it, it does sound lucrative, even if you don't do windows -- Although, you might want to look into doing that too. :)
