Since I only golf 4 times a year, I don't own golf shoes. But spikes do help with footing on slippery or sloped turf so I've come up with an idea: slip-on golf spikes that would be worn over shoes or sneakers and cost much less than golf shoes.

Benefits:
> occasional golfers wouldn't have to spend money for golf shoes.
> parents wouldn't have to keep buying new shoes for their kids' growing feet.
> travelers could play golf wherever they go (clubs can be rented but not shoes).

So, what do you think??
