Simply google "wholesale children's clothing".
You should get hundreds of suppliers.

You can also look at Indie sellers. They make their own stuff so you can ask them about selling their stuff wholesale. Would probably be a great way for you to distinguish your stuff from the other stores in your area. Just do a search for Indie children's clothing.

You may also consider going to the eBay wholesale section. They have a huge amount of wholesale suppliers. This might be and easy way to get started.
