Hi Everyone,

I am considering launching a healthy line of food products for children. I have general business experience (I'm a corporate lawyer with a strong entrepreneurial drive) but none specifically in the food product industry. I've tried to reach out to people with food industry experience but so far nothing has come of it. I'm thinking about engaging a consultant to help design the product. Does anyone have any thoughts on how one should go about launching a food product company?

p.s. I'm aware of Stephen Hall's book "From Kitchen to Market" and have ordered it.
