2286, Apartment Locators

I live in an area that does not have any Apartment Locator services (in the state of Wisconsin). I see a lot of these all over in Texas.
The way it works is that the company gets paid a "finder's fee" from the apartment complexes for referrals to the unit.
Does anyone have any information about these? Any experience with setting up this type of business?

I would suggest searching for similar businesses in other states. Contact the business owners and see what there payment structures are. Then create a flyer and go direct to the apartment complexs.
