As for what you would call it... I'd call it a "call center".
You would probably need a telephone system as opposed to just a single telephone so that you could see which company's phone was the one ringing... Although, in the 50's and 60's such places had a desk with dozens of phones laid out on them and if the phone rang, they simply answered that phone with that company's name.
The phone company's business line department could hook you up with someone who can help you figure out exactly what you need, but you wouldn't be able to run it on a private phone line, I don't think.
