I haven't the slightest clue what to tell you specifically, (nor does anyone else from the lack of responses your post has gotten so far), so here are my thoughts... generally.
Talk to some of the owners of successful like companies... Be honest and upfront about what you are doing and I would think that most of them will voluntarily give you some of the information that will help you get set up.
