This would be my first post here. I stay in a suburb of Mumabi India. I am sitting on this idea for a while now. I was working as a recruiter for 5yrs and just quite job. Am thinking of starting a "Train the recruiter" program which then i want to graduate to training for professionals something on the lines of finishing school. Intially I would contact fresh graduates and train them to be a recruiter (where I charge them for a specific week long program) and help them with employement opportunities as recruiters with diff companies. This would be my very very first venture on my and am very sceptical on wether it is an apperciable idea. Please let me know your thoughts on this idea and would greatly appericiate if you can guide me on how to go about it.
