I proposed an idea for a childrens line of products to an established business.
They of course signed a Non Disclosure.
Now that they like my idea, they are asking what role I am interested in taking!??
Do I just let them BUY my idea?
How does that work? How much do I charge?
or
Do I ask for a % of all items sold?
or
Do I ask for a real role in the company?
My current job is in sales, so I am sure that I would be able to bring this to market.
But I work in a whole different industry!
I have no clue about childrens products.
Any idea - help - guidance would be appreciated!!

I have a meeting next week with them to talk about next steps.
