I just registered here, so I don't have all the needed information in my profile.

What with the aging population growing, as well as all the issues with healthcare and nursing facilities, I'm looking into opening my own care home for senior citizens.

I believe most seniors would prefer to remain at home, independent. Barring that, a care home would be preferable to a nursing facility (I would think.)

Has anyone done this, or have any knowledge of this area?

I a RN, so I can also give them their medications (if needed), and work under the auspices of a licensed physician.
