Would you pay money to go to a place and relieve some stress? Maybe this place would have soothing sounds, relaxing smells and dim lights. Or, maybe you could vent to a "stress buddy." Or, maybe you could be taught some visualizing and breathing techniques. What do you think? Thanks.

I do, regularly. She's called a massage therapist and she works out of spa.

I hope this helps.

I'm not the spa type but it sounds viable to me. I would say that the "stress buddy" doesn't leave me feeling warm and fuzzy. It sounds like something that could backfire on you.

my 2 cents
