what would you do with it?

If you only space online what could be sold with that? Ad banners? Affiliates? What hits your gray matter and says to you I GOT IT!

Hey Brian,

thats an interesting question. I have been thinking about what could be a lucrative web business. It would be interesting to see what you come up with. What about 3D/virtual web?

If I had the webspace and infinite time ... I would create a real virtual university. There are bits and pieces out there, in fact, our company has done some, with a Virtual Library, and Commons Area, but I would create as close as possible as one could get to a REAL university, with streaming lectures, a superb library, web-page based courses, forums and chat rooms where students could work on assignments, etc.

As I said, there are a lot of bits and pieces of this, but nothing really quite like the real thing yet.

AnnMaria,

this is a fantastic idea. I have pretty good programming skills and lately I have gained a lot of interest in virtual world. My question is where does one start on a 3D project like this?
