I'll be recieving (if everything goes right).39 First Class Stamps as payment for partial services my company will provide in the future. I plan to use most of the stamps for sending out brochures and applications to my companys services. However, if I were to recieve more then I could handle,I will then need to sell these stamps. Can anyone let me know which license I'll need to do this?
Can I sell the stamps cheaper then their actual value?
I live in southern california and will be doing my business here also.
