Hello everyone!
I am a small business owner that has been in business since 2001. I operate a virtual hro and consulting firm. I have started to expand my team virtually and I am looking for a cost-efficient virtual phone solution that I can purchase. Does anyone have any recommendations? I need to have several voicemails, dial by name and department, hold music, call hunt are essential! Any suggestions or comments are welcome.

There are several open source packages available, also you can load a VM "Appliance" PBX and have 100% control over the feature set.

this is only one example, search the VM appliance directory on thier site for more offerings.
