Hello!
I've been running The Merry Bird... online for the past year and know I can grow grow grow.

The issue I face is that my business plan isn't really working. I've read some Biz Plans listed here at the cafe but none really fit my business, or the size of my business (small, mas pequeno).

Can anyone recommend a sample biz plan for an online stationer? I have zillions of ideas and moves already completed but I need the biz organized so I can move to the next level....

Kristine:

You really should get into contact with your local Small Business Development Center. This is one of those things that they specialize in. For free, and a little effort and time on your part, they can help put you on the right track!

They certainly helped me with my plan, showed what wasn't going to work, gave me ideas on how to fix it, and have been very helpful finding good marketing and advertising contacts!

Good Luck!

There is a video by Rich Shefren that is a really good on on marketing. I don't have a link but I'm sure you can search and find it. It can give you some good insight.
