"Do I focus on making a buffet or focus on one dish and make it the best dish anyone has ever eaten?"

I still think you can have your buffet but keep that Best dish as specialty! I mean you can have the art show every month, 3x a year or more.. but you should still have that one major event that everybody would look forward to coming every year.. That's just my opinion.. Good Luck!
