What does your business do?
We provide a non-pharmaceutical approach to relieving stress,
anxiety, and various mental illness symptoms to help deal with day-
to-day life for many.
When and why did you start the biz?
It was started in 1987. I bought it January 2019 from my previous
boss/director who retired. I am rebuilding the brand to allow more
people access to care. I have seen it change the lives of many since
I started here as an intern seven years ago.
How Many People are in your Company?
Six including myself.
Where's your office?
We are located in an medical office park in its own office

What's the toughest part of running your biz?

the business side. We are really "chugging along" currently.
What's the most fun part?

they feel and is doing better. We want those to actually work with
symptom reduction and notice the difference....especially the kids.
Anything you would have done differently?
I would have really worked alongside the director on the business end
before taking the reigns.
What's next on the horizon for your biz?
I want to get better at the business end and learn what I can do to
grow and become better at reaching more people.
What advice do you have for others?
Please work alongside someone already in the business or something
that closely aligns with what you want to do to get a feel for what
you need. Again, there are things that come up and you would not know
to ask if you don`t see it in action.
How do you use Idea Cafe to help your biz?
I hope to gain insight and ideas on becoming a better business person
and not sink from the pressure. I would like feedback and approaches
