What does your business do?
Taylor Recovery Center’s program offers structure and
accountability in a healing and relaxing environment.
Incorporating enjoyable activities in the environment of
individuals who are either trying to get sober with drug addiction
treatments, or who are trying to maintain sobriety with our
rehabilitation programs, and allowing them the opportunity to
still care for their pet have both been proven benefits in the
lives of these individuals. This is the reason we highly encourage
clients to bring their pets to treatment. Each individual unit is
designed to allow individual personal space, as well space to
socialize with peers. Each halfway house unit is fully furnished,
brightly decorated, and thoroughly cleaned weekly by professional
staff. At Taylor Recovery Sober Living in Houston, we understand
that each person is a unique individual, with a unique history,
and with unique desires and goals. Each person is also unique in
how he or she responds to the process of recovery. Knowing this,

What's the toughest part of running your biz?
The toughest part of the business is seeing patients come in bad
physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health.
What's the most fun part?
The best part about the business is helping people get clean and
sober. It is amazing and rewarding once you see just how much people's
lives have changed for the better. We try to put everyone on the right
path to sobriety and achieve a successful recovery.
Anything you would have done differently?
I would not do anything different. I am mentally, emotionally and
spiritually satisfied with the results by helping others.
What's next on the horizon for your biz?
We have grown tremendously over the past year. We are trying to get
our name out there now more than ever in hopes of reaching out to
more people who are desperate to better their lives.
What advice do you have for others?
The best advice I have for others is if you have a dream and vision
for your business, stick with it. There will certainly be ups and
downs, trials and errors but the end result of all the hard work will
be worth it. I also believe in being selfless, not selfish.
How do you use Idea Cafe to help your biz?
I am using Idea Cafe to get our name and brand out there for those
