dinner plates/cups and eating utensils. Clear totes marked for

Making it new and fresh for a tried and true formulas that brings in
financial resource to each individual organization.
Anything you would have done differently?
Know your own worth. Pay yourself, not everyone is your client and
may not be the perfect fit. Plan early, stay late and have a plan B,

What advice do you have for others?
Start off vanilla plain and simple. That way you will not get lost
trying to do too much too soon. Perfect that service/business then
add al carte (add more thing to keep your business flesh and up to
date.) Network anywhere and everywhere. It is exciting to you it
will become exciting to others. Use social media to your advantage.
Don't be afraid of your haters they will push you to do better. Don't
surround yourself with people who are negative and buzz kills. Pay
yourself what your are worth can never say this enough. Know what is
going on in your business because in the end it falls on you. Pay
your bills and keep a good reputation. Word of mouth is the best form
of marketing. You got to spend money to make money. You get what you
pay for (don't be cheap on supplies or things you need). Take time for
yourself to recoup your energy and strength..
How do you use Idea Cafe to help your biz?
It is easy to get off track or spin your wheels thinking you going
some where when you just standing still or becoming stale. I have been
in business since 1996 as the only employee. Occasionally hiring
others to assist with a event or program. The time has come where
this no longer a one woman show and it is time to take it to the next
level. I need advise on how to make this transition smoothly with
limited source of finances. Mostly feedback on people who have been
there done that attitude. Shortcuts I many not even know exist. I
need people in my corner feet have been to the ground (means have
walked the trail before me).
