How to Retrieve Business Related Data on iPhone

Every business owner knows how important it is to have a smartphone. It helps you not only to make business calls, send e-mails and take notes but it also gives you a better understanding on how the market is changing, how pleased your customers are and what things you have planned for the following days. In conclusion, an iPhone is a powerful tool that should be used for every little task related to your business.

But what happens when your iPhone gets stolen or you lose it? Not to mention that sometimes we delete data by mistake. Important text messages from customers and suppliers could vanish overnight. Commonly iPhone data can be deleted even after an unsuccessful iOS update. That’s why it’s important to make sure that your business related files are safe. Don’t forget that your business depends on that data.

If you ever find yourself in this situation, you should know that there a few options that could get you out of trouble. The first one involves creating iTunes backup files. Every time you sync your iPhone to iTunes, a backup file is saved on your computer. This backup file can later be restored on your device, so it’s a safe way of retrieving deleted text messages, notes, photos, contacts or calendar entries.

The second option is to use iCloud backup files. If you haven’t changed your default settings, it means that your iPhone is backing up your files on the Apple servers. Both of these solutions are great, but if you need to be 100% sure that you never lose iPhone data, it’s best to use both iCloud and iTunes services.

Although Apple provides iPhone users with these options for recovering data, both of them lack one important feature. If you find yourself in the situation of deleting text messages by mistake, you won’t be able to extract only the deleted files from the backup files. Your only option will be to restore the backup file on your iPhone, increasing the chances of losing other files.

Thankfully, retrieving individual files such as deleted text messages is now possible with the help of third-party tools that are specifically created to fix this issue. All you have to do is download the recovery data software on your computer, and choose what data you wish to recover. You can use these tools to transfer files from your iPhone to the computer, to recover data from iCloud and iTunes backup files and even to restore them back to your iPhone.

The best part of using such a software is that you’ll be able to recover only the desired files, without rewriting all of your iPhone’s data with what’s stored in the backup file. Learn more about the steps that you should follow to recover business related data, by going through the available tutorials.
