How to keep Clients and Employees informed

Sometimes, it may seem to people that they are receiving too much information. What happens then, is that they simply don’t read it anymore. But the reality is that they are tired of being fed information in a unique way, which has been the company’s newsletter, for a few years now. To communicate better, you need to use different tools. Here are a few that will really work for your company.

Read the Latest News… in a Newspaper

Twenty years ago, anyone that was not reading a newspaper, at some point during the day, was definitely not well informed. They were a different option from the TV news, while the internet wasn’t yet the leader in the field. Today, many of the most famous papers, in many countries, don’t exist anymore, at least in their printed version. But people are still looking for something to read, in different occasions. That is why newspaper print is one of the best solutions to get your message across.

Old school is always something that is being looked at as “cool.” It is, indeed, refreshing to be able to hold a newspaper in our hands, one more time. Old habits die hard And so, if you place some copies in the lobby of the company, as well as in rest areas, you will find that your latest news will finally be read by the employees. The same thing is true about clients. If they receive your newspaper through the mail, it will make them curious, and they will find themselves, at a relaxed moment of the day, sifting through it, and getting the latest information on the company. This is an opportunity that can make you gain additional revenues.

Create Videos

Sometimes, you need to go back in time to interest people, but you also need to go with the flow at other times. Video is the media most appreciated by individuals, in our society, today. There are many ways that you can add videos to your newspaper information campaign. The best is to link them by sending people watching the videos to an online registration that will put them on a list to receive the newspaper. As well, there should be an add, inside the paper, sending people to watch the videos of the company online.

You will need to open a YouTube account. You may not know this, but it is the social media most used, in terms of advertising. It shows you how powerful videos can be. Once that is done, find someone inside the company that can handle the creation of videos. Or, if you have the necessary funds to call upon an agency to take care of production, then call these specialists and they will manage the whole process, from ideas on how to get people’s attention, to the way the information is delivered.

Communicating is still the best way to remain on top of your industry. People cannot appreciate something they don’t know about. Make sure you use as many channels as possible, including other social media, so that you don’t lose customers to others who communicate more or better than you.
