Giving Away The Goods?

So, he isn't just overspending, he's undercharging or not charging at all. This makes me wonder if he values his product/services. Does he value making money? Why is he giving away services/products? Sounds to me like he might have some money issues and it might be helpful for him to create a money autobiography -- that is, a story of what he remembers about making money, getting money, giving money, and what parents and others told him about money over the decades. This quick exercise might help him identify why he isn't valuing himself in his services or products.

Using the advisors concept, he can then build in a certain percent of "pro bono" services per month that the team thinks is reasonable and that's all he can give away. It has a limit and a cap to it. Accountability is going to be important for him and you're probably too close to him to be objective, so creating an advisory board is an important step. (continued)
