Jeffrey D. Pollack is a partner in Mintz & Gold LLP, where he practices litigation and labor law. Jeff's practice includes:

Labor and Employment Counseling
He advises clients on all areas of labor and employment law, including: Equal Employment Opportunity compliance; wage and hour requirements; employment policies and manuals, including sexual harassment policies; employee discipline and termination; and employment and separation agreements.

Labor Relations
He represents employers during union organizing campaigns and unfair labor practice cases; contract negotiations; grievance arbitrations; and ongoing labor-management relations.

He also represents companies in commercial, civil and employment matters before federal and state courts, administrative agencies, and/or private arbitrators.

Jeff graduated from Boston University School of Law cum laude in 1990. While there, he served as an editor of the Boston University Law Review. Jeff frequently writes and lectures on topics related to labor and employment law. He is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, and Florida.

To relax and have fun, Jeff turns to music. He's an amateur musician and avid music fan. He also enjoys bicycling, hiking, and travelling. Jeff lives in New York City with his wife, Carmela, and their two rabbits.
