This Week's Featured Biz Question After much frustration of my own finding good customer service, and after hearing so many other people complain, I'm considering starting a customer service company for local businesses in my community. I have a medical and sales background, but due to health problems cannot drive the distances and need to work from home. I have a complete home office already set up. My questions: How do I go about checking out the feasibility of this working and how do you charge for service-type businesses? Any insights and suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Julie
