DAAC was founded in the honor of Timothy Barbato in 2013. Tim taught many people about how to be joyful in life despite being paralyzed from the neck down and needing a ventilator to breath while sleeping. DAAC's mission is to provide care for people with disabilities, their family, and their caregivers to maintain a holistic caring environment.
