What does your business do?

I am a direct resource for small businesses and non-profits, with services ranging from micro loan brokering, to consulting and grant work.

How would you use the grant money?

I provide small business counseling and credit building services to startups and businesses in transition stages. The majority of these businesses cannot afford my services, and these funds will allow me to continue to provide pro bono services while still expanding my business.

What would the grant enable you to do that you can't now?

Currently I refer small businesses that cannot retain my services to local free resources such as the SBDC. Most do not want to be referred, as they want to work with me personally, and often the resource centers do not have adequate staff to service all of their clients effectively. This would allow me to continue to provide them services myself instead of referring, thereby assuring they receive the best service possible.

The entirety of the grant funds will be utilized to pay it forward!!
