What does your business do?

We provide counseling, coaching and support groups for women in the community who needs therapy, or coaching services. We provide services on a sliding scale fee as well for those who cannot afford therapy and does not have insurance. We also provide inspirational products to assist women with navigating their life through stressful, and intense times. At Inspire4Purpose we offer an array of services including coaching services, counseling services, LCSW supervision, courses and speaking engagements. We also have products in our shop that bring inspiration, motivation and healing.

How would you use the grant money?

I am working from my home and I do not currently have a working computer so I would use the grant to buy a computer so that I could also start doing virtual counseling sessions for women that are not just in South Florida but throughout the whole country. I would start another support group as well for women because with the grant I would be able to also rent an office once a month for the support group for women.

If Idea Cafe's Grant helps your biz reach greater success, how will you "pay it forward" to help others in some way?

I would be able to reach more women to assist them with counseling services and be able to continue to offer low-cost counseling to women who couldn't afford it otherwise. Mental Health is so important and so many people suffer in silence and dont get the help for many reasons but one of the reasons I have heard consistently is the cost of therapy. I would start another support group as well for women because with the grant I would be able to also rent an office once a month for the support group for women.
