What does your business do?

We provide client-oriented non-emergency transportation services to the under-served markets in Metro-Detroit, including: veterans, elderly and disabled persons.

How would you use the grant money?

We would use the grant money to purchase routing software to insure that I can continue to provide quality service to my clients as my business grows.

What would the grant enable you to do that you can't now?

The software would allow us to take more same day appointments as it coordinates routes in real-time and assigns new appointments to the driver who is closest, while maintaining our time management standards.

If Idea Cafe's Grant helps your biz reach greater success, how will you "pay it forward" to help others in some way?

By providing transportation to local para-athletics teams, assisted living facilities and other groups in my target market, to social events in the area.
