Assisted Development LLC

What does your business do?
At Assisted Development LLC we aim to help small businesses, startups, and entrepreneurs meet their long term goals and objectives in the high tech space. Our mission is to assist the development of small businesses and their communities, and we accomplish this through our strategic partnerships which allow us to offer business development and / or engineering services from cradle to grave. We can help customers turn a business idea with potential into a productive, self-sustaining business. This not only helps our customers, but it helps the local community flourish. Small local businesses that employ local residents create a ripple effect that can positively impact the community as a whole. Local businesses and entrepreneurs help strengthen and grow local economies, so the more successful startups in a local community, the better.

How would you use the grant money?
To pay for a marketing video that will discuss how the startup movement is not just about startups, but entrepreneurs with a sense of purpose. We want to showcase all of these individuals from different backgrounds and upbringings who are looking to start companies that facilitate social good.

What would the grant enable you to do that you can't now?
The grant would enable me to create a high quality marketing video that would allow us to reach more entrepreneurs and small business looking for support. Small local businesses and startups employ local residents and inspire others to pursue their own ventures. This creates a ripple effect that positively impacts the community and improves the quality of life for all it's residents. These local jobs keep the residents in town during the work day, so the advantages extrapolate outward as employees dine at local eateries, fuel up at the local gas stations to get to work, and shop at local markets on the way home every evening. Furthermore, small local businesses typically provide better customer service than their larger, corporate counterparts. Owners of these small local business typically live in the community, so they strive to provide the best service possible to their neighbors and build strong customer loyalty. So with this grant we can help spread this message and show consumers the benefits of supporting small businesses.

If Idea Cafe's Grant helps your biz reach greater success, how will you "pay it forward" to help others in some way?
We will continue to help other entrepreneurs / small business create amazing products / services and help others create companies that help facilitate social good to their communities.
