What does your business do?
Uni-T will be a clothing company that will create t-shirts, sweat shirts, and tank tops promoting the expression of the common college kid??s ideas and issues. There are many options and resources from our government to help choose a career that a lot of people do not know about. Being that employment now-a-days is hard to come by, the website will pull information from government websites to highlight and focus on educating visitors about careers that will grow in the next few years, and which relevant majors to choose to prepare for financial stability. The website will present the information in a way that is appealing to the youth and make it easy to understand.
On a more fun side the website will also be a place where college students or future college students can come to read articles about college related subjects (written by college students), ask questions on discussion boards, take job compatibility tests, and learn how to make the most out of their college experiences. Customers overall will build connections with students like themselves promoting unity (Uni-T) across college campuses. The clothing will be what attracts visitors to the website, the website content (including the clothing) will be what keeps them there and coming back for more.

How would you use the grant money?
I would use the grant money to establish a better promotional foundation for my business, setting a great momentum for my business to take-off.

What would the grant enable you to do that you can't now?
The grant money would enable me to invest in equipment to make efficient products. It would also allow me to invest in a proper marketing campaign.

If Idea Cafe's Grant helps your biz reach greater success, how will you "pay it forward" to help others in some way?
I will ??pay it forward? to help others by starting a bi-yearly college scholarship contest for 2 customers of my business. There will be one winner currently in college and the other one would be a high school senior. The scholarship fund would hopefully, with the increase in business, become a monthly competition, allowing my business to help even more of its customers. The winners will be students from low-income neighborhoods that are doing extremely well in school and show the potential to become great leaders.
