What does your business do?
Stuffed Pepper (SP) is a community website devoted entirely to the gluten-free diet. Its function and purpose is to make the transition to, and maintenance of, the gluten-free lifestyle simple and fun. The website provides recipes, a restaurant directory, and an online food store, as well as videos and articles relating to the gluten-free diet. Stuffed Pepper prides itself on its great food photography, in order to demonstrate that gluten-free does not mean taste-free. Membership is free, making it a great resource for people both new to the gluten-free life, as well as those already experienced in it. As a community, members work together to provide advice and resources to each other, lending support and camaraderie to the gluten-free movement.

Revenue comes from advertising on the website.

What would the grant enable you to do that you can't now?
The grant would enable me to hire a web designer to make the necessary changes to the website.

When Stuffed Pepper becomes successful, we will give a portion of our proceeds back to research on celiac disease, gluten sensitivity and autoimmune disorders.
