"PLEASE HELP ASAP"


          

Hello Everyone,

I am new to this website and am in great need of some helpful advice. I have a great idea for a small business. I have the name and the overall general concept of what services will be provided. However, I do not have the first clue about how to get things started, or where to hire employees, or how to order supplies, how to get a business liscense, insurance etc. etc. I think you get the idea that I am pretty much clueless. Ambitious but clueless. PLEASE, PLEASE HELP!!!

Whoooaa.. you may want to hold off on considering hiring employees if you don't know anything about starting the business Hiring employees is a pretty big (and expensive) step so I would put out of your mind for now.

How you'll start the business will depend on your state and your county (generally just your state). EVERY state has a guide on how to start a business - here is a list with links:

There's also a pretty good guide on that page. Read that info first then come back with follow up questions.

There are a lot of questions there...

What kind of business is it? Do you need employees right away?
Where to find suppliers would depend on the kind of business.
