Start by going to the uspto.gov site to get the info on registering your logo.

Also www.zazzle.com offers to promote your t-shirt design (for a percentage of the sales) and link to your website, if you decide to develop one. Go to the site and click on "Earn Money" for more info.

From what I have seen, it looks like they are similiar. Zazzle allows you to set up a gallery (free of charge), design tshirts and offer them for sale, giving you up to 17% of the sale.

Perhaps you can double your sales by offering your tshirts designs in 2 places :)
