I'm very much interested in opening a neo-soul and jazz lounge in North Carolina. I have my business plan and marketing plan set, but need to know what is the proper way to go about getting this off the ground and running. I feel like I am running in circles and getting no where. I have recently met with a Realtor who has shown me some properties but I think I have found the perfect location on my own. (I'm looking into this) I guess my main questions are what licenses can i obtain without physically having my location? What can I do or better yet what should I do in the interim, until I have secured a location. I need financial assistance also, can you point me in the right direction? By the way, I would love to get some feedback on the idea of opening up a neo-soul and jazz lounge in North Carolina.
