Hmmm. Here's the thing: The old saying goes, "I am training my competition..."
Finding good help is always paramount, and can be daunting.
So, advertise for EXACTLY what you want.
Say it clearly, write it to the bone.
Ask for what you want.
And, are you offering compensation (money) that would make you blush IF you were offered the same?
Would it be what YOU would want to earn/make?
Think about it.
So much of the time, people cheap-out on pay and bonuses and so on.
Don't be cheap, cuz IF you do go cheap, well, you will get cheap.
Pay a lot, and you will get a lot.
Make it strong, and you will get the strong.
Make it smart, you will get the smart.
Yeah, sure, contract is good, all the stuff in writing, clear, and then, even more clear, so no one can be saying, "Gee, I didn't know that..."
Do NOT hide in cryptic cross word language when it comes to your contract between you and the people who you want to work with you.
I hope this helps.
