Hey everyone!

I'm a minor starting a business and I was wondering if I need any kinds of licenses etc. I'm a little confused about FBN's...since the name of my business will be other than my own, is it absolutely necessary for me to purchase an FBN? (If yes, then technically ALL businesses have one, right? Because, most businesses to my knowledge, are not named as "Joe Smith" etc.)

If it's of any relevance, my business idea consists of creating videos/slideshows in order to propose to someone/ask someone out. My main targets are high school and college students. If things go well, I hope of expanding it to birthday slideshows, anniversary slideshows, etc. I plan on doing most of my business through my website (which I'll be creating soon).

I'd really appreciate any information you can provide!
