I would like to register a new corporation in BC and I came to the page which ask for defining company's share and i dont have any idea how to choose or create my incorporation share! or how many classes or what kind of share it is better to set up for my company!
I appreciate it if someone can help me in regards or send me the related links or articles to guide in setting me the best kind of share for a small business with one shareholder only?
is it better to have a common share or some class shares?
