My wife and I lost our jobs and I'm tired of not being able to find a job that I can use my degree in. I've always been into real estate and I had my liscense in Indiana, but moved back home to WV. I would like to open up a business for real estate with owning commercial, and flipping houses. Im not sure where to really go besides getting my liscense here first. Where should I go from here, and I don't have much money saved up and was wondering about some start up money? Any suggestions? Thank you.

I recommend contacting Noveau Riche. They are a company that specializes in training people to do this sort of thing. I know a few people here in Utah that do it but you have to contact someone in your area. Try googling it.
