Hello. I want to open up a small gift shop/cafe that features ready to go foods (specialty salads/soups/sides and unique fruit/soda beverages. I have experience in my own love of cooking/baking, but don't know where to begin on knowing amts to order & where to order foods& ingredients from? Any advice is beneficial.
