How about naming your business with a generic type name that you could use in the naming of each of your business ventures.

For example, let's say this downtown building has a noticeable feature like green bricks, or it has a large metal sculture outside of it.

Name the building: GreenWorx or ArtWorx

Then name each of your ventures like so:

LifeWorx - for your consulting biz
JuiceWorx - for the juice bar
EventWorx - for the seminars/parties you want to host
