You can go to prosper.com. It's a micro loan site where you, as the borrower post how much you want to borrow and what interest rate you're willing to pay, then those wanting to make loans bid down the interest rate...you may post you want to pay 18% and before the bidding is over, you may get it for 11 or 12%. Just an idea.
