"Non-standard machined spare parts"

My idea is to export from Monterrey, Mexico parts for machinery we could manufacture at our facility. However, I need to have a list of some potential customers in North America in order to start contacting them for possible jobs.
The Monterrey labor is high qualified and the quality is not a problem. Could anybody help me on identifying a place where I can find potential customers?

I know this is not responsive to your request. I was wondering if you could manufacture decorative wind mills or know someone in Mexico who does.
I understand the there may be some Menonites who do manufactuer them. Also bells with John Deer tractors on them.Any help would be appreciated. Clay
