Hi, I've written in before and gotten some great ideas for a store name. WE have been open 5 days now and still have not officially named our store. It has such a variety that its extrememly difficult to put a word to the diversity. We have 4 owners in one store. I sell, dresses imported from India, incsence, Beads, jewelry, and ecensetial oils. My hubby sells sporting goods, mostly used, and my friends and partners sell used items in general. Mostly glassware. So I'ld love to think or hear someone elses ideas of a name that would say what we do or sell. I'ld also prefer the words second hand not be in the title. And maybe a name that would let guys know we have Man stuff. I'm thinking His and her Treasure Cove, but that isn't my fav. Any Ideas. We can't have a no name bus. Thanx in advance for you participation.Dian

Hi Hart, Thanx for thinking about this. I had thought about something on that order. But the thing is... I may want to move the store. In fact I do want to find a larger building soon and then the address would be all wrong. I think maybe I'm over thinking this. Please put your thinking cap back on for me........ we can come up with something. Dian

RETRO COLLECTIBLES VINTAGE MERCANTILE RESALE GALLERY RETRO & RESALE TREASURESoh well .. hat must be too tight! I'll still try to think up some more names.. Good luck. HART PS: How's business? Maybe pick an item for sale and put it in the window and have a contest "NAME OUR BUSINESS: Win a Prize" .. Customers might feel MORE loyal knowing they could be involved in naming your store ..

Hi SueAnn Thanx for your input. I appreciate it. We too had thought of a name containing "family" but then thought the customers might think the family just meant a family owned store...... What do you think? I also thought something like "women and Man stuff" lol partners didnt really like it.... any more ideas.... thanx Dian

What if you ran a contest and let your customers name your store? You could offer the winning selection a 10 to 20% discount on their next purchase. What do you think?
