What does your business do?

NADIA's Gourmet Grapes™ turns ordinary green grapes into a delicious one of a kind treat. Our green grapes are dipped in either a hand-mixed white confection, premium milk or dark chocolates, or homemade caramel then topped with your choice of delicious, unique flavors.
Since its inception, NADIA's Gourmet Grapes™ has dipped over 200,000 grapes and has added more than 30 different toppings to their menu. They satisfy sweet tooths by supplying daily orders as well as providing customers with custom couture grapes for events and occasions of all kinds.
NADIA's Gourmet Grapes™ also offers wholesale services and counts businesses across Chicago among it's clientele.

How would you use the grant money?

NADIA's Gourmet Grapes™ opened it's first brick and mortar establishment one year ago. One of our goals is to get our products into local supermarkets therefore if selected, we will use the grant money to secure certifications that will enable us to obtain supplier status.

What would the grant enable you to do that you can't now?

As mentioned, NADIA's Gourmet Grapes™ opened a brick and mortar establishment a year ago and with that came additional overhead expenses. This grant will give us the extra resources needed to secure desired certifications.

If Idea Cafe's Grant helps your biz reach greater success, how will you "pay it forward" to help others in some way?

As we do today, we will continue to volunteer our services in order to educate and mentor other up and coming entrepreneurs.
